Why this database exists
Property portals only show what is for sale this week. If you are thinking of buying a hotel on the Promenade, taking a café lease in the town centre or opening a takeaway in Layton, you need to know what is already trading around you, how well it is run and how crowded each street is. That information is public but scattered across council and government websites. Kirs brings it together in one place, organised the way buyers think: by type of business and by area.
All 1,687 premises come from official Food Standards Agency data for the Blackpool Council area, refreshed every night (last updated 6 November 2026). We show ratings exactly as published, with the inspection date, and remove businesses as soon as they leave the official register.
